As Tech Lead I was responsible for coaching and guiding my squad to new levels from a technical point of view. Cross-team responsibility of technical guidelines and platform migration to Azure DevOps. Developing product roadmap with stakeholders and business colleagues. Stack is native JavaScript with lit-html and web components. Served as proxy Scrum Master for my team during daily standups and retrospectives.

What started as independent freelance web development as side job grew into a fulltime job. Front End Web Development with focus on VueJS, JavaScript (ES6), SASS, NPM, HTML5, WordPress, and so on. Consulting & developing websites, platforms, apps, SEO, SEA and visuals for small or medium-sized businesses to big corporate enterprises.

Working on KLIP and GIPOD projects for Flemish Government as Senior Front End Developer with VueJS as the main technology. Backend was written in .NET and communication with backend went over a REST API. Responsible for taking on new development tickets and keeping an eye on code quality with pull requests.

Working on platforms for clients like Syntra Vlaanderen, Flemish Government and the European Social Fund as lead Front End Developer with VueJS and NuxtJS as the main technology. Responsible for the frontend of the project by taking on new development tickets, keeping an eye on code quality with pull requests, onboarding new team members, meeting with tech lead and cross-team frontend leads. Managed to successfully launch project which was hugely delayed before upstaffing.

Consulting the company during their platform migration to VueJS. Migrating components to reusable VueJS components and guiding with the architecture + move to separated back- and frontend.

Working on the new website (using Magnolia and HP Teamsite), new mailing templates (using Pardot and SalesForce Marketing Cloud), innovation projects (NodeJS API for a Facebook bot integration + admin dashboard using VueJS, Bulma CSS, Webpack + KPI dashboard creating a WordPress custom theme) etc. This using tools like VueJS, Bulma CSS, Webpack, ES6, NodeJS, SASS, etc. Created themes for the Drupal websites and was responsible for managing the remote development team in Portugal. Managed the KPI dashboard project as well sitting together with stakeholders from different business teams. Functioned as backup Scrum Master in abscence of leading PM.
